Instant Premix Dal

Dal Recipe

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sliced tomatoes, sauté until tender. Add 2 tbsp of Coorg Flavours Dal Premix Powder and mix well. Pour in 2 cups of hot water. Adjust salt to taste, then add lemon juice, jaggery (optional), chopped coriander leaves, and a teaspoon of ghee. Relish with hot rice or roti
